BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Booking Confirmation & Timing
All bookings submitted via this form are requests only and are not confirmed until you receive a follow-up from us via your selected contact method.
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours. For same-day bookings, please call us directly.
Tables are held for 15 minutes past your booking time. Please call us if you’re running late to avoid cancellation.
Group Sizes & Booking Channels
Dining Room:
Maximum group size: 16 people
Groups over 10 people must email hello@theyackhotel.com.au to discuss options.
Beer Garden:
Maximum group size: 25 people (communal table, one booking every 3.5 hours)
Groups over 6 people must email hello@theyackhotel.com.au.
Time Limits – Peak Days (Friday to Sunday)
2–4 guests: 1 hour 15 minutes
5–8 guests: 1 hour 45 minutes
9+ guests: 2 hours 30 minutes
Special Requests & Notes
We will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee them.
The beer garden is dog-friendly – well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome.
Let us know if you’ll need a high chair, pram space, or have any accessibility requirements.

Walk-Ins Welcome
We welcome walk-ins whenever space allows, but bookings are recommended for groups or during busy periods.
